A leading Northeast distributor for Anheuser-Busch beers, Ruch Distributors chose BBL to create a modern yet economical space for their operations in Albany, New York.  The structure consists of an expansive storage area with painted masonry walls and an epoxy-finished floor. In addition to a spacious loading dock, a special truck drive-thru was constructed for more efficient product loading and delivery. Exacting temperature requirements demanded by the refrigeration equipment called for an insulated ceiling and pre-finished insulation panels with one-hour rated walls between the driveway and storage area.
