Training Opportunities

BBL University — BBL University teaches new staff members how to perform to a consistent level of quality using the “BBL Way.” BBL University class topics range from general processes and procedure, to software and tools, to job-specific material.

Career Path Development & Fulfillment — We believe that giving associates opportunities to experience all facets of the construction industry is critical to their professional growth. Entry-level associates are strategically placed and rotated through key positions (i.e. assistant project manager, estimator or field superintendent) in their first years with the company.

Weekly Workshops — To stay abreast of industry developments, we bring in outside experts to host weekly “lunch & learn” workshops on topics, such as communication skills, leadership skills, management skills, best practices and methods, new laws and regulations, safety, technology, and construction materials.

Professional Accreditations & Certifications — BBL also supports and strongly encourages our associates to pursue external training, certifications, and accreditations.
