Design-Build

BBL has been using the Design-Build delivery system since our inception and it continues to be the foundation of our work program.

Design-Build delivery assembles an integrated team at the commencement of the project, creating a collaborative, client focused approach with clear and efficient communication. This clarity sets forth predictability and certainty for the Design-Build team to establish a guaranteed cost and schedule at the earliest stage of project developments. This delivery option also allows the Owner the ease of overseeing only one contract with the Design-Build entity, therefore facilitating a single source of contact and responsibility, as well as providing a streamlined process. Overall, the Design-Build delivery system provides a faster delivery, reduced risk, and substantial cost savings to the Owner.
