Using the Design-Build delivery, BBL converted an existing 22,000 square foot Dodge dealership into a modern Infiniti dealership for the Lia Auto Group. With a fast track approach BBL completed the design and construction within 6 months, allowing the grand opening just prior to their busiest time of the year. Accelerated coordination between Infiniti, the Owner, Infiniti’s corporate architects and our local architects and engineers was critical to keep the contractors on schedule. This facility incorporates a modern design with the latest technology and finishes available.
