Retail construction projects range from stand-alone big-box retail stores to strip malls, mixed-use facilities, and renovations of existing retail buildings. BBL has extensive experience across all of these project types, and the ability to integrate retail design within student housing, senior housing, or multi-family facilities to create a mixed-use project.

We provide extensive preconstruction support to create a guaranteed project plan, and help our clients in working with government and community leaders to gain support for the project as part of that process.
