BBL was selected to build a 5,400 square foot addition and interior fit-up of the new space. A 3,000 square foot basement was also added for extra storage space which included an incline conveyor system for access. A new fire protection system and state of the art security system were also installed while the store remained operational. Heated stamped concrete walks, new landscaping and parking as well as new aluminum entrances were also part of the project.
