St. Francis Hospital

St. Francis Hospital chose BBL as construction manager and eventually design/build firm to substantially expand its surgery capacity and parking facilities. The approval process was extremely complicated, requiring a multi-phase plan. All major utilities and surface parking required repeated relocation during construction. BBL also constructed an enclosed walkway to facilitate access to the parking garage.
