The East Greenbush Residence Inn is an extended-stay concept catering to travelers staying longer than a week. In addition to sleeping areas, the suites include living and kitchen areas. Floor plans consist of studios, one- and two-bedroom models. Several one-bedroom units are connected with two-bedroom units, allowing them to be combined into three-bedroom units.

Located in the East Greenbush Technology Park, just off Route 4 and near Interstate I-90, the hotel features a gatehouse including a pool, spa, exercise room and food services. It also features an outdoor sports court and offers wireless Internet service.

This property has just completed a full Marriott Property Improvement Plan to include all of the latest brand requirements such as the new lobby and refreshed guest rooms. The renovation project was completed on time and within budget having little impact on the hotel’s guest satisfaction scores.
