Hunter Mountain Base Lodge

A repeat client, Hunter Mountain, asked BBL to construct a 2-story, seven unit condo building on top of the existing two story base lodge at the ski resort. The original scope of work increased to include the renovation of the existing open space on the 2nd floor of the base lodge to a multi-purpose conference room. Part of this renovation also included a new entrance to the existing Coppertree Restaurant.
