Glenville State College

BBL was selected to construct this design-build student housing community and assist with facilitating the financing. The project consists of 484 beds. All units are fully furnished with high quality modular furniture. The first floor of the building includes space for a displaced church and maintenance facility. A laundry room, service and common areas are included throughout the building.
