Clocktower Hotel at Century House

This project consisted of interior and exterior renovations to the existing 4-story, 125-room Comfort Inn hotel located in Latham, NY into a Choice Ascend brand. Interior guest room renovations included new showers and tubs, cultured marble surrounds and new wall and floor finishes. Interior public area renovations included corridors, lobby, dining, meeting and restroom spaces. Exterior renovation work included new decorative elements and finishes, fabric awnings, and signage.
