Dave Martin

As Director of Pre-Construction Services, Mr. Martin has extensive experience in project management, design development and civil engineering. He has strong expertise in CPM scheduling, computerized cost estimating, value engineering and project management programs.

With over 40 years of industry experience, Mr. Martin has previously served in several roles, including as project manager for a number of the company’s largest and most sophisticated projects. He brings this invaluable experience to pre-construction services and the support of project administration.

Mr. Martin joined BBL in 1988. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utica College of Syracuse University and holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management. He is also an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, and the AGC of New York State.
