BBL Management  does full service property management and accounting for this property.  We handle all of the service vendors and maintenance request for this entire property.  We schedule servicing of grease traps to picking up garbage in the parking lot.  All accounts payable and accounts receivable services are handled by our group, as well as maintaining the leasing records for the tenants of the property to insure that accurate charges are posted to their accounts.
