BBL Construction developed this parcel from obtaining full municipal approvals to final construction.  BBL Management has operated this property with full accounting and property management services since its opening.  We provide full accounting with budgets, reporting,  and capital expenditure analysis as well as maintaining the license agreement invoicing each semester. 

We provide full-service management for all the property’s needs from exterior maintenance, to handling he smallest of work orders in one of the 136 dorm bedrooms.  We handle all of the dorm room turnovers in-between semesters and all of the many work orders generated during the school year.
