Unity House Conifer Park

This three story vacant building which appeared to be past its useful life has been restored into a new outpatient treatment center to serve clients suffering from substance abuse. Strategically located next to Unity House, which offers a wide range of community resource services, it allows both Conifer Park and Unity House to refer their clients to each other. The facility includes a reception with a waiting area, a dispensary, physician’s office, group rooms, staff offices, and break rooms.
