BBL completed the construction of a 9,500-square-foot single-tenant retail building featuring sales and warehouse space, a service area, private office, restrooms, and storage. The single-story steel structure includes an EIFS exterior with metal siding and masonry veneer, a TPO roof, and canopy accents designed to complement the adjacent Trader Joe’s. Interior fit-out work included fire suppression upgrades, electrical and lighting improvements, HVAC enhancements, and full interior finishing.
