Tech Valley High School

BBL was contracted by The University at Albany Foundation to renovate 20,000 square feet of former laboratory space into a high school for Tech Valley. The renovation involved the removal of 60 tons of demolition material, 5,200 square feet of asbestos, the addition of new bathrooms and code compliant egress doors. The final product for the school is a unique layout of classrooms and faculty space; each serving a single function, but connected to allow integration.
