Sitwell Dental

BBL recently completed an interior renovation at Capital Region Health Park, transforming a vacant suite into a new dental office for Sitwell Dental. The project included 11 treatment rooms, a sterile room, laboratory, panoramic X-ray area, break room, offices, and updated waiting and reception areas. Delivered through a design-build approach, the renovation was tailored to meet Sitwell Dental’s operational needs, with each treatment room equipped with medical gas, vacuum, compressed air, power connections for dental chairs, and wall-mounted X-ray equipment.
