Schoolhouse Pediatrics

Following an unexpected and major roof collapse at Schoolhouse Pediatrics, BBL was entrusted with the reconstruction and renovation of their one-story medical office building on Schoolhouse Road in Albany. The project involved the demolition of the front portion of the building, which sustained significant structural damage, down to the floor deck. This area was subsequently rebuilt within the original footprint, incorporating a new interior floor plan. The renovation also encompassed the installation of new finishes throughout the building, including the basement.
