BBL renovated 10,900 square feet of office space into assisted living space made up of 12 units. In addition to the renovation, approximately 6,000 square feet of new space was added. Within this addition, BBL was able to create a full service kitchen, a dining room (with room for up to 40 people), a living room, reading areas, and beauty shop, as well as office space.
