Residence Inn by Marriott Saratoga

The overwhelming popularity of the Marriott Courtyard inspired BBL and Equinox to continue to develop with the Marriott brand in the Saratoga market. The Residence Inn, which opened in 2005, quickly found its niche in the extended stay market. It was the first extended stay market hotel in the Saratoga area, offering both leisure and corporate extended stay travelers something special. The close proximity to the action of downtown, combined with all of the modern conveniences needed for a traveler staying 5+ nights in a hotel, has made this project one of the most successful among the BBL Hospitality portfolio. Demand continues to increase with the expansion of the high tech sector in Saratoga County, which is attracting high tech workers from Japan, Germany, and around the world.
