Residence Inn Albany East Greenbush / Tech Valley

Building off the success of the company’s first hotel property (The Holiday Inn Express), BBL began its next hotel project by partnering with the Marriott brand to create an extended stay hotel in the rapidly growing East Greenbush, NY market. This property has just completed a full Marriott Property Improvement Plan to include all of the latest brand requirements such as the new lobby and refreshed guest rooms. The renovation project was completed on time and within budget having little impact on the hotel’s guest satisfaction scores.
