The renovation of Regency Park Apartments project was divided into four phases, all taking place while the apartment community remained fully occupied. 

A total of 520 received a complete exterior overhaul including Royal Haven insulated siding with James Hardi siding accents, Miratec trim, Azek railings, and new lifetime Architectural shingles. All buildings also received new aluminum storefront entrances, new windows and sliding glass doors, as well as new exterior lighting.
