Prime Storage

BBL was selected to design and build this three-story, 244 unit storage facility in Clifton Park, NY. The project included new construction of a climate controlled facility with two masonry stair towers, and a three-stop elevator. The 2nd and 3rd floor of the facility were constructed from ResinDek system on metal decking. The exterior consists of 3” insulated metal panel facade mounted on metal studs and structural steel with aluminum storefront on opposing corners and Port Cochere at the entry. The 1,237 square foot reception area and lobby consist of special epoxy flooring, exposed painted structural steel and millwork and a stone top reception desk. This project also included a climate controlled wine storage room and the 244 storage units include a Bluetooth locking/occupancy/owner management system.
