BBL provided Design-Build construction services for this new two-story Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center. ORA Orthopedics relocated their existing orthopedic clinic and outpatient surgery center to this new 113,000-square-foot facility, allowing the practice to expand its services. The new headquarters campus features a 52,650 square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center with 10 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, sterile processing, storage, and a decontamination suite; a 60,800 square-foot orthopedic clinic with five X-ray rooms, one MRI suite, physical and occupational therapy space with a therapy pool, and administrative offices.
