This 21,380 square foot office building serves as the new headquarters for the New York State Funeral Directors Association. Due to increased membership, staffing and programs, the Association required a larger office space to accommodate its expanding needs. The two-story facility is a steel frame structure with a brick exterior. The project also included site improvements to the previously vacant parcel located at the corner of Sand Creek and Watervliet Shaker Roads.
