BBL has been welcomed back by Northern Rivers Family of Services for multiple construction projects over the past two decades, all of which were completed while the campus was fully operational. Recent projects include construction of a new 12,700 sf Residential Treatment Center at their Academy Road location in Albany. The facility includes two student living pods with 12 bedrooms, living, dining, and activity areas, as well as bathrooms, laundry areas, staff monitoring space and office areas. Another project at this campus, the 26,500 sf Behavioral Health Care Center is a transformative concept that integrates in- and outpatient crisis response services, short- and long-term behavioral health residential care, children’s health home care management, primary care, behavioral health counseling and a full spectrum of assessments under one roof that will ensure that children receive the right services at the right time. Most recently, Northern Rivers invited BBL to assist with their School at Northeast (SANE) campus in Schenectady. Work included structural repairs, replacement of the existing gym roof, and renovations throughout the 5,000 sf facility.
