The building is located on a +/- 5.3 acre site at the intersection of Sitterly Road and Crossing Blvd. in Clifton Park, NY. There are two building tenants, New York State Oncology Hematology (NYOH) and Albany Med Faculty Physicians (AMFP).

The NYOH tenant fit-up is 28,557 SF and consists of clinical space, Infusion Area, Pharmacy, Laboratory, CT, Mobile PETCT and a 2,095 SF LINAC. The AMFP fit-up is 4,080 SF and consists mainly of clinical space.
