NBT Bank Renovations
BBL used the design-build delivery system to complete the interior fit-up for the new branch of NBT bank(5,650 sf) located in the existing Grant Building, part of the Center City complex owned by the Galesi Group in downtown Schenectady. Construction consisted of new aluminum storefronts, interior framing/drywall, ceilings, carpet and teller line. HVAC systems were tied into the Proctor’s district energy plant.
This project was constructed in two phases. Phase I for the main bank branch and Phase II for the new conference room constructed after the demolition of the stair tower of the existing Wallace Building.
BBL also completed a renovation of the NBT branch (2,349 sf) located in Schoharie, NY after flooding devastated the area.
