BBL Management provides full service property management for this property for both interior and exterior in addition to the specific needs the surgery center generates.   The surgery center requires property management at a very high level with little tolerances.  This property is subject to a rigorous set of survey and certification standards designed to ensure patient safety.  We conduct said surveys and standards along with keeping all the mechanical equipment in optimum condition to ensure there is no shutdown during a procedure.
