Mabey’s Self Storage Ballston Spa

BBL successfully completed this construction of a 3-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility for Mabey’s in Ballston Spa. This project marks the fourth new storage facility BBL has constructed for Mabey’s, with two additional projects currently underway for completion in 2025.

In addition to the storage facility, this project involved the construction of a substantial 272 ft x 20 ft retaining wall to address challenging site conditions. Despite the complex scope, the project was delivered under budget, demonstrating BBL’s commitment to cost-effective and efficient construction.
