Mabey’s Self Storage Latham

BBL completed the renovation of an existing 37,000 sf, two-story office building, transforming it into a modern, climate-controlled self-storage facility. The project included full interior demolition, the installation of a new elevator shaft, upgraded bathrooms, HVAC, lighting, and a complete sprinkler system. Concrete floors were polished throughout hallways and finished for durability in storage units.

Exterior improvements included infill of the lower-level parking garage with LGM framing, EFIS cladding, a metal interior, and a new Stanley slider door. Repairs were made to stairs and ramps, and a new 6″ water line was installed from across Route 7 to support the facility.
