The Lia Nissan of Saratoga Renovation project included interior and exterior renovations of a 28,700 SF existing dealership and a 17,500 SF service drive addition, in accordance with Nissan’s new image standard. Work also included new Cloplay Extreme Series High Performance overhead doors at Service Drive and Existing Service Shop entrance. New electrical service provided for (2) new level 3 EV charging stations. (2) new Stanley sliding entrances and ACM exterior. Complete TPO overlay over existing roof membrane. 2-HR fire barrier separation at service drive.
