Lia Hyundai

This project involved the renovation of an existing Hyundai dealership modernizing both the interior and exterior of the dealership to improve functionality, efficiency, and customer experience. Interior work included new ceramic tile flooring and suspended ceiling systems at all customer-facing areas. The Service Shop, Service Drive, and Parts Departments received durable epoxy flooring. New offices were built with frameless glass walls for a clean, modern look. The facility also received new LED lighting and an upgraded fire alarm system throughout. Exterior upgrades included a modern new facade with metal panels and textured finishes. The Service Shop received a brand-new roof, and the Showroom roof was repaired and restored. Additional improvements to the property included new security fencing around the vehicle lot and automated gates for safer and more efficient access.
