Kaatskill Mountain Club

BBL was selected to design and build these time-share condominiums located on the slopes of Hunter Mountain. The Kaatskill Mountain Club is 108,000 square feet and includes 77 one, two and three bedroom units with select two-story executive and penthouse suites. Exclusive features include private balconies, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and granite countertops. The Club also includes amenities such as direct ski-in and ski-out access, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, spa, fitness center,  restaurant and owner’s lounge.
