IDE Honda Lower Building Renovation

Interior renovations included the remodeling of the showroom, offices, breakroom, restrooms and shop storage areas. Work also included new interior finishes and fixtures, aluminum storefront systems, epoxy flooring and electrical upgrades. Exterior renovations included the rehabilitation of the existing precast concrete parking deck through the in-kind replacement of deteriorated double tees and the installation of a new waterproofing membrane protection system. Additional scope included the installation of a new ACM panel system, restoration of the EIFS façade, replacement of the roof membrane and associated site improvements.
