Hyatt House Mohawk Harbor

BBL provided design-build construction services for the new 75,000 square foot, five story Hyatt House Mohawk Harbor hotel in Schenectady, NY. The Hyatt House is the third hotel at Mohawk Harbor, and features 100 modern guest rooms, including 51 spacious apartment-style suites with full kitchens, an indoor pool, expanded fitness facility, a bar with an outdoor patio overlooking the Harbor and a 50-person meeting room.
