Hoffman Climate Controlled Self-Storage

BBL was invited by Hoffman to convert an existing tenant space in an industrial park into a climate controlled self-storage facility. Work included the selective demolition of the existing space to accommodate the specific requirements for climate controlled storage. The project included building out 10,149 square feet of space to provide 67 self-storage lockers in various sizes. Scope of work included demolition, storefronts, new vestibule, floor finishing, acoustical ceilings, lighting, access control systems, as well as additional access control and security.
