Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

The project consisted of the renovation of existing corridors and resident rooms throughout the facility, new nurse stations, creation of staff and resident lounges, construction of a 1,400 sf addition, MEP unit upgrades, renovation of an existing grand ballroom, and the gut renovation of the main lobby entrance area. Renovation work involved installation of wall protection systems (wall protection board and new handrails), painting, vinyl wall covering, and installation of a plexture wall finish system. The project had to be completed in phases to align with the needs of the facility, the residents, and the requirements/inspection schedule of the Department of Health.
