Construction of a new medical office building in the Vista campus for two specialty eye doctors. The Glaucoma Consultants space is over 4,500 square feet and includes 14 eye exam rooms, research room, tech work area, file room, screening areas and physician offices. The space dedicated to Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery includes 5 eye exam rooms, a procedure room, schedule office, tech area, file room, and three provider offices. Between the two practices, the remaining square footage is shared space which includes mechanical/electrical room, water room, break room, locker area, janitor closet, IT room, reception area, waiting room, bathrooms and storage areas.
