Empire Merchants

Empire Merchants is a State-Of-The-Art distribution facility resulting from the consolidation of two other warehouses.  Designed and constructed on a fast track, the building houses a $5 million product conveyor system and 35,000 square feet of office and training space.  A defining feature of the building is the insulated precast panel cladding, which allows for a 40-foot vertical clear height inside the structure.  The project has received LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
