DeCrescente Distributing Company Warehouse Expansion

Decrescente Distributing Company selected BBL to construct an addition, as well as, renovate their existing warehouse.

The exterior wall system is constructed of insulated precast concrete wall panels. The interior fit-up included creating a 20,000 sf cooler within the existing building. The facility is the central hub of DeCrescente’s operations and remained operational during all phases of construction.
