Crystal Run Healthcare

Crystal Run Healthcare (CRH) hired BBL to plan, design, and build a 2-story, 70,760 sf, multi-discipline, single-tenant medical office building.  The building is comprised of structural steel framing with ground face block, brick veneer, and pre-cast concrete accents with fiber paneling.  Work included 7.5 acres of site development, construction of three retaining walls totaling 12,000 sf of finished face, utility extensions, underground storm-water retention system, and highway improvement work on Route 17M.  Medical equipment includes two x-rays, one CT scan, two mammography units, three ultrasounds, and Class C/Quad A operating room.
