BBL designed and constructed the Courtyard by Marriott in Saratoga Springs, New York. The custom hotel features an indoor pool, fitness area, meeting rooms and a café. Adjacent to the hotel is Excelsior Springs, a full-service banquet and conference center. Featuring a quaint front porch and upscale interior finishes, the banquet facility can accommodate 450 guests for weddings, meetings, and special events. The Excelsior project expands the meeting capacity of the hotel allowing the hotel to host larger groups resulting in an increase of more profitable guestroom sales.
