Charleston Area Medical Center Housing

BBL negotiated this project with one of the largest hospitals in the area, Charleston Area Medical Center. The building features 24 units providing one, two, and three unit apartments. The wood structure with masonry façade features a large multi-purpose room and a grand stair at the entrance. Because medical students comprise the largest portion of residents, the security system for the new apartment building is monitored from the hospital, several blocks away.
