Center City Plaza

The Center City Plaza project included the construction of a new 5 story addition of class A office space and full basement to the existing complex. Features include a passenger elevator to service all floors and one freight elevator to service the basement level through the second floor. Other features include a front stair tower connecting the addition to the existing Center City Complex and an interior walkway link connecting at the fourth floor level.

The main entrance of the building is finished with mahogany wood entrance doors and the first floor front entrance way is constructed with mahogany wood panels and windows. Exterior features of the addition include a 900 square foot balcony overlooking State and Jay Streets, with epoxy coated floors, stainless steel railings, mahogany wood doors, mahogany wood exterior paneling and windows. Other exterior features include aluminum curtain walls and windows, brick and cast stone with alucobond metal siding, aluminum sun shades and hardi-panel siding.
