CDPHP Office and Data Center

Picotte Companies turned to BBL to provide design-build construction services to renovate office space for tenant CDPHP in their existing building at 11 Corporate Woods in Albany, NY.
This project included demolition and complete renovation and fit-up of office spaces and the creation of a new data center for the anchor tenant, Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan (CDPHP).
