BBL Construction built this property and BBL Management has handled all the properties accounting and property management needs.  In addition to the exterior, we maintain all of the buildings common features from the roof down.  This is a large building that sees a lot of traffic and requires a lot of attention to detail to keep its first-class appearance.   We handle service request from the tenant and maintenance tickets that we generate internally in order to keep this building looking its best.  Full accounting and maintenance of leasing files is also provided for this project.  An annual reconciliation of operating expense is completed for the tenants to accurately reflect actual expenses incurred in the previous year while escalating their estimated share of expenses for the current year to capture updated expenses in the annual budget.
