Care for Life
The former 2-story Saint Teresa of Avila School was converted into a Care For Life center which houses their newest Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. The renovation work included selective interior demolition, replacement of the existing roof system, new partitions and finishes and a new elevator. The plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and electrical systems were all replaced and relocated to accommodate the new floor plan. A porte-cochere with a heated slab was added as well as site improvements.
