The new construction of the corporate headquarters for Cap Com will bring a 3-story office building and site improvements to Winners Circle in the Town of Colonie. With concrete foundations and a steel core, the exterior will be masonry, metal wall panels and curtain wall. The interior finishes will be pleasant and inviting utilizing a variation of natural colorful tones and innovative lighting and ceiling concepts. Along with accommodating the corporate headquarters, inside there is a large lobby with a grand staircase, open to the second floor, a full service bank branch with two drive-up lanes and also an interactive children’s area.
